Jennifer Garner is thrilled to be having a baby this winter – but she's not thrilled about the "ugly" way that the public learned about it. 

"It's so personal for me," the Alias star, still irked that "the news of my pregnancy got out when I was in the middle of my first trimester," tells InStyle for its September issue. "I hadn't even had a chance to tell my friends." 

As a result of the press leak, Garner, 33, says she's grown "hyper-protective" and that she's "uncomfortable with people reading too much about my pregnancy or my relationship." 

The relationship she refers to, of course, is with father-to-be Ben Affleck, whom Garner quietly wed on June 29 after having dated for a year. 

"We were able to have a beautiful, private wedding, and I couldn't be happier," she tells InStyle, describing the marriage as "too sweet to read about or dissect or talk about." 

Still, the brief interview with Garner does contain at least two major revelations: her white Labrador retriever is named Martha Stewart, and she and her sisters always refer to their breasts as their "biscuits." 

As she tells it, "Sometimes when I'm on the Alias set and the guys are setting up a camera shot, I'll ask, 'Is this a biscuit shot' and they'll say, 'Yeah,' so I'll know." 

Now everybody knows.
